- Assist in boosting pupils academic progress and emotional development
- Run tailored intervention sessions to improve communication skills
- Encourage pupils to engage with classroom activities, building their confidence
- Collaborate with the SEN team to support the wider school community
- Minimum of a 2:1 degree in either English or Psychology from a top UK university
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and supporting pupils with additional needs
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am 4:00pm
- Pay: £480-£500 per week
- Immediate start, contract for the full academic year
