• Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children
• Support children's development and learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Plan and lead engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and educational growth
• Work collaboratively with other nursery staff and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Follow all nursery policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care

• Level 2 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
• Experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting
• Knowledge of EYFS and commitment to early years education
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enthusiasm, reliability, and a nurturing personality
