Our client is a family-owned Estate Agents founded in 1963, based in Heald Green.

They are looking to grow their team with either someone looking for an apprenticeship or a Full-time Letting Agents.

You will need to be adaptable and forward thinking for the role as the role may vary from day to day but will be based dealing mainly with Rental Properties. This will involve dealing with landlords, tenants, directors, vendors and workmen, carrying out rental viewings, dealing with repairs, inspections and general admin but will vary among other departments from time to time.

Hours will be full-time, 5 days a week including every Saturday between 9am - 4pm.

No experience is required as full training will be given, however GCSE Mathematics, English and ICT will be required.

Clean driving license and car are required.
