My client is seeking an experienced legal secretary to join a dynamic and fast-paced property department in a full-time position based in the office Central London.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent IT and typing skills, as the role involves a significant amount of typing and core secretarial support. Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial, especially in client care. Prior experience working with senior fee earners in both commercial and residential conveyancing departments is essential.
In addition to traditional secretarial duties, the successful candidate will be proficient in completing Land Registry forms and SDLT returns, conducting searches, and handling various administrative tasks such as copying, filing, and invoicing
