Job Description
A Legal Secretary/ Paralegal is required to provide comprehensive support to a busy secretarial and business support team in the professional services industry. The role is based in Johnstone and will involve managing a wide range of tasks related to property transactions.

Description
- Manage and process property transactions in a diligent and timely manner.
- Work closely with the secretarial and business support team to ensure all client needs are met.
- Prepare and proofread legal documents and correspondences.
- Conduct legal research and provide summaries to senior team members.
- Assist with the preparation of billing and invoicing.
- Maintain organised and accurate client files.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Continuously develop knowledge and understanding of conveyancing practices and procedures.
Profile
A successful Legal Secretary/ Paralegal should have:
- An educational background in Law or a related field.
- Ideally a strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
