Legal Secretary

• Preparation of correspondence and documentation
• Liaising with customers and dealing with incoming enquiries
• Arranging of appointments, hearings and parenting assessments
• Briefing Barristers ahead of hearings
• Opening and closing and updating of case files
• Applications for Legal Aid
• Typing of dictation and correspondence

They are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Secretary with:

• ideally prior Family Law experience, or a Law Graduate with Family Law knowledge.
• Organised and attentive
• Excellent typing skills
• Comfortable working under pressure at times and to key deadlines
• Previous secretarial experience will be advantageous
• Friendly and proactive with great communications skills
