Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Hillingdon, Greater London
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Support students with their educational and personal development.
Assist teachers in creating an inclusive classroom environment.
Provide one-on-one and small group support.
Help with classroom management and organisation.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN).

Requirements:
Relevant experience in a similar role.
2:1 or above degree desired but not essential.
A passion for education and supporting students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
Experience working with SEN students is desirable.
