Role: Lead Software Developer
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000
Location: Hybrid (Bristol Office)

A leading player in the FinTech sector is seeking a skilled Lead Development to join their growing team. You will be working in an agile team who value a diverse workspace, startup style environment and significant career progression opportunities.

We are looking for a developer who can support more junior members of the team whilst remaining hands on and in charge of your own code base.

In terms of skill set - you will:

• Be an advocate of TDD/BDD & SOLID
• Be proficient in LAMP Stack PHP & Laravel
• Experience with React & or React Native
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices
• Upholder of coding standards
• Proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring teams

Nice to haves

• Exposure to AWS serverless technologies
• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
