Lead .NET Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of .NET applications.
• Develop full stack solutions, including Front End, Back End, and database components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure applications are performant, high-quality, and responsive.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead .NET Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in .NET framework and .NET Core.
• Experience with Front End technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Solid understanding of database design and management (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
• Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
