Lead Developer - Equipment Automation (f/m/div)

Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Lead a team of about eight developers located around Europe and partnering with the team in Asia
- Manage a team of out-sourced business partners to deliver software enhancements in a consistent cadence and quality
- Manage the team's financial overlay and identify opportunity for better efficiency
- Act as Product Management in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
- Play an active role towards mitigating impediments that affects successful completion of objectives
- Keep up -to-date with AGILE/SAFe best practices and coach team towards better adoption of SAFe practices
- Drive employee engagement, satisfaction and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Overall 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 4 years in a Product Management role
- Prior experience in Software Engineering is mandatory
- At least two years experience in a leadership role
- Familiar with manufacturing solutions. Prior semiconductor experience is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of web development best practices, including security, performance and accessibility
- Very good communication and presentation skills in english
- Great intercultural competencies and prior experience working in an intercontinental team setting
- Project Management or SAFe certification are an advantage
