We are recruiting a skilled and experienced Lead Clinical Application Specialist to join our Diagnostics division.
What are Hologic's Applications Specialists responsible for?

• Educating our partners, distributors and customers on how to use and troubleshoot our products efficiently.
• Crafting long-lasting relationships with our new and existing customers, becoming a trusted advisor and partner.
• Providing clinical education, support and training of the distributors' sales team
• Providing expertise in the Diagnostics space.
• Collaborating effectively with the commercial team and assist in consulting, presentations and demonstrations. You will act as the technical expert.
• Develop strategies for our customer base including workflow strategies.

Profil To be considered for the role we expect the following as a minimum expectation:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, preferably in Pathology and/ or Cytology.
Experience:

• Our mission is to be a global champion, and to do this we need you to be passionate, best-in-class and grounded in science. We want to know about your understanding of the IVD industry, including regulatory requirements, product development cycles and customer segments.
• Minimum Upper-Intermediate level of English obligatory; other Eastern European languages (Polish, Czech) are welcome but not obligatory.
