About the Role

Leading a team of application specialists, you'll oversee the implementation and integration of 4PS Construct with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is a key leadership position where you'll drive system optimization, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver exceptional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Central Engineers
• Oversee system implementation and integration projects
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting
• Drive customization and configuration of business systems
• Develop training programs and documentation
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Own and develop strategic roadmaps for finance modules

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong understanding of 4PS Construct
• Previous leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, and financial systems
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred
