Key purpose - Head of Business and Economics:
• To take the lead role in the further development of Business and Economics.
• Must be able to teach Business Studies.
• Oversee the work of all teachers delivering the curriculum at KS3 - KS5, as well as supporting those with the aspiration to study at HE Level.
• Develop teachers within the team to meet their aspirations, and ensure quality of work.
• Ensure high standards and support the schools vision and ethos
