You will need to be locally based and happy to come on-site in the office. Ideally this would be as much as possible, however they are able to show flexibility. Skillset wise they are looking for Laravel AWS DevOps Amazon EKS Docker Kubernetes Jquery Bootstrap In terms of a day rate, they would be looking to pay between £250 to £350 per day depending on your experience.
