More about your role

To assist the site team in the provision of high-quality open and ground maintenance service to our customers and the users of our open spaces.

You will be responsible for general maintenance across the site and you will be required to respond to small repairs which are reported by the team.

As part of your role you participate in the improvement works within our estate, feeding back area priorities and engaging with residents.

The successful applicant will need to be technically competent and have a good working knowledge of estate management issues.

The ideal applicant will have a positive attitude towards health and safety and welfare nurturing a positive culture and ensuring full compliance with policy and our guiding standards.
