Lab Assembly Technician

I am looking for Build/Assembly test Technicians for a 5 month to work in the lab for a large Electronics Manufacturer based south of Cambridge.

They have designed a series of instruments for a client and due to timelines have been asked to do the manufacturing in house and will require support with this (on the mechanical side rather than electrical)

Candidates will need to be familiar with the following:

• Hand power tools
• Working to drawing & instructions (though not detailed instructions at this point so they will need to be able to problem solve & use their own initiative to assemble the product)
• Electromechanical assembly
• Prototype assembly
• Assembly & Testing of machinery
