We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Drainage and L8 Engineer to join our team at a world-class, state-of-the-art campus. Here's why this opportunity is perfect for you:Job Purpose:As our Drainage and L8 Engineer, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting pipework inspections and repairs, including associated equipment like pumps, expansion vessels, PRVs, and TMVs.
- Performing drainage and sanitation inspections, repairs, and replacements.
- Ensuring hygiene maintenance and inspections are up to SFG20 or relevant ACoP standards.
- Delivering top-notch service to clients, addressing their queries, reporting defects, and keeping them informed during service visits.
- Accurately completing all work-related documentation and maintaining logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
- Experience in a Maintenance/FM environment.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., C&G Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent technical diploma).
- Expertise in drainage systems and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to work procedures, and safe working systems.
- The ability to undertake various tasks as requested by management, even those outside your core skill set.
- Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency with mobile devices.
- A high level of self-motivation, a solutions-focused mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A full driving licence.
