• Have QTS/QTLS
• Be passionate about teaching children and young people with SEN
• Ready for the challenge and excitement that a new provision brings!
• Be a brilliant teacher (mainstream teachers are welcome; the school is a proven trainer )
• Suits SEN Teachers or teachers experienced with SEN, including autism
