Academics are working with a wonderful 2 form entry school in Chelmsford, Essex. This school holds a strong belief in developing the whole child. The school provides a wide variety of opportunities for children to develop their personal, social, physical and creative skills.

The school has recently gained a stunning, brand new building at the rear of the traditional older building. This provides specialist teaching spaces for all to use. The school boasts 3 halls, a studio, rooms for Art, Music and Computing, fiction and non-fiction libraries, sports court and field.

The Ideal KS2 Teacher should:

  • Have QTS
  • Able to plan and present engaging lessons
  • Strong knowledge of the curriculum
  • Recent teaching experience in KS2
  • Specialise in Key Stage Two, or have experience teaching Key Stage Two
  • Be able to build strong, positive, and professional relationships with all children
  • Sound knowledge of age-appropriate assessments
  • Be able to effectively adapt learning to meet the needs of all students
  • Have experience liaising with parents, carers, and the wider community to benefit the child
  • Adhere to and practice exceptional behaviour management in line with school policies
