Your role

Sta jij in de startblokken om mensen te verbinden aan de wereld van sport? Wij zoeken sportieve teamgenoten bij het Online Customer Service Team! Als Online Klantenservicemedewerker ben je een geboren verbinder. Jij hebt voor alles een creatieve oplossing, geen vraag is jou te gek. Klanten help je op weg door hen te helpen met hun bestellingen, retourneringen, leveringen of vragen over producten te beantwoorden. Ready to join the team?

Je startsalaris ligt op €2316,43,- o.b.v. 38 uur. Je hebt ook kans op een maandelijkse bonus.

Dit ga je doen:
Jij bent onderdeel van het Online Customer Service Team, een hecht team vol enthousiaste strijders! Dit is het team dat gaat voor 'the extra (s)mile'. We steken mensen aan met onze gedeelde passie voor sport. Elke dag zijn we bezig om onze service naar topniveau te brengen. We zijn nieuwsgierig naar andere mensen, nemen feedback serieus en groeien doordat we processen verbeteren.

• Je maakt makkelijk contact met de klant en weet hoe je goede digitale service biedt.

• Je helpt klanten met vragen over retouren, bestellingen, leveringen en producten via telefoon, live-chat en e-mail.

• Je weet voor alle vragen wel een creatieve oplossing en bent er echt voor support (en niet om te verkopen)

• Je werkt in shifts. Denk aan de dagshift (8:45 - 17:00 uur), avondshift (12:30 - 21:00 uur) of zaterdagshift (8:45 - 17:00 uur)

Dit is ervoor nodig:

• Je bent geboren voor de wereld van sport, durft jezelf te zijn en bent proactief.

• Je denkt in oplossingen en mensen helpen zit in je natuur.

• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend en hebt een geldig Nederlands paspoort/visum/werkvergunning.

• Je bent flexibel in werkuren en 24-38 uur p/w beschikbaar (inclusief een avonddienst en 2x zaterdagen per maand na je proefmaand).

• Jij bent niet alleen ambassadeur van Decathlon, maar ook van onze Planeet. Samen maken we de wereld van sport een stuk duurzamer.
