Kafka Engineer

Our Blue Chip Client is looking for a Kafka Engineer, with good skills in administering Kafka. Please note this role is within IR35 and needs to be via an Umbrella. The role will involve occasional travel to London but will be predominately remote based.

Will require the following:

• Kafka Administration
• Need to understand authentication of Kafka, assisting with the strategy and advising best use
• Understand, define and execute best practise of using Kafka
• Will be familiar with pipeline actions
• Will require a customer focused mind set
• Understand Confluence and Apache Kafka
• Kafka MirrorMaker is heavily desirable
• AWS experience
• Experience of moving manual to automated would be beneficial
