Job Description

we are looking for an ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join an exclusive boutique 5 hotel in central London. Cooking modern British/ European cuisine in a casual fine dining environment.
You should have experience as a Senior CDP / Jnr Sous in a 5 hotel or restaurant to at least 2AA rosettes.
This role offers a great work life balance working 5 straight shifts, 45 hour contract
