Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation have a key permanent requirement for a Project Manager to join their Payments team in the Northampton office.

The ideal candidate will have previous project management and/or business analysis experience and looking to either further expand or kickstart a career within financial services. This role will support a number of high-profile programmes of change in the Digital and Payments space, with particular focus on acquiring gateways. There is a team in place to support growth and a strong governance structure within the bank that can be followed.

You will be communicating with senior stakeholders and manage change within delivery, planning, risks, and ensuring delivery in line with the business's requirements. This is a great role for someone that's got great SME knowledge within payments but wants to transition in to a change role, or an individual with base level change management experience looking to progress.

The be successful in this role you will need:

Proven project management, business analysis, SME or similar experience, preferably within financial services or payments
Software delivery experience (SDLC)
Good stakeholder management
Enthusiastic and eager to learn more about Payments and change
Demonstrable experience managing or supporting the implementation of change projects
Agile and waterfall methodology exposure would be ideal
Strong experience of writing and translating both business and functional specifications
