Junior PA

A highly reputable law firm based within Leeds City Centre are seeking a Junior Legal PA, on a full time, permanent basis. If you have previous administrative experience and a highly collaborative, passionate approach to work, then this may be the role for you! The successful applicant will enjoy a hybrid role, with a salary of up to 27k!

Within this role, you will be responsible for a varied range of tasks, you will be a key point of liaison for both colleagues and clients, supporting the team to provide a professional service. Junior Legal PA's are encouraged to develop professionally, your duties could include but are not limited to;

- Assisting with client queries

- Filing

- Correspondence

- Utilising CRM systems

- Assisting the team on business development

- Supporting with marketing activities supporting the wider PA team

The successful applicant will have a great use of initiative, a passion about building great working relationships, excellent interpersonal skills and strong team ethic.
