Junior Java Software Developer (German Speaking)

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Junior Java Software Developer (German Speaking). The role is a permanent position based in Zürich Canton & comes with good home office flexibility.

Your Role:

• Hold joint responsibility for the further development of Java-based server components & Vue.js refactoring of the user interface.
• Create automated tests (unit & UI tests).
• Further development CI/CD processes with Jenkins, Checkmarx, Docker, Kubernetes & S3 Compatible Storage.
• Carry out server development with Java Enterprise Platform & Spring Boot.

Your Skills & Experience:

• From 2 to 5 years of professional Software Development experience in Java Server & Web Service environment.
• Skilled & experienced in Vue.js Framework.
• A very good knowledge of JavaScript, CSS & HTML.
• A good knowledge of IT/code/Internet security, testing (creation of unit & UI tests), Automated Integration Processes & the technical functionality of web browsers.
• Ideally experienced in the area Accessibility.

Your Profile:

• Completed University Degree in the area of Computer Science or Similar.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) & a good command of German (to at least B2 level) are mandatory requirements.
