As a Junior IT Onsite Support Specialist, you will:

• Support the setup and installation of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR): Help configure and deploy cutting-edge conferencing solutions across 90 meeting rooms (with potential to expand to 100+ rooms).
• Provide onsite support: Be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues, troubleshooting hardware and software, and ensuring seamless operations for onboarded rooms.
• Collaborate with the team: Work closely with experienced colleagues who will guide you through training and provide ongoing support.
• Assist in operational tasks: From setting up devices to checking system statuses, your contribution will ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Act as the face of the service: Communicate effectively with users at all levels of the organization, including senior stakeholders.

• Location: 100% onsite at our headquarters in Zurich.
• Workload: 50-75%
• Start Date: Ideal start date by February 1st.

• Languages: Proficiency in both English and German is required. You'll need strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and users across the organization.
