Junior Accounts Assistant JOB - Based in Fulham SW6 - Salary circa £26K - AR & AP -
1-2 years accountancy experience
Previous office or Accounts based experience
Recently graduated from or left school with ambitions of getting into accounts.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Enthusiastic attitude with a long-term desire to work in finance
Ability to work as part of a team but also using your own initiative

Leading global marketing company in the heart of West London.
Your new role
As a key member of our finance team, you will work alongside seven finance professionals and report directly to the Group Financial Controller. You will receive comprehensive support and training from the team to ensure your success in this role.
Key responsibilities will include :
- Invoice Processing:
Handle the processing of purchase and sales invoices efficiently. - Bank Reconciliations:
Assist with and perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy. - Data Management:
Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases, such as sales trackers. - Month-End and Audit Duties:
Participate in crucial month-end closing activities and audit tasks. - Time Management:
Effectively manage your time and prioritise your workload. - Expense Management:
Oversee and process expense reports. - Supplier Reconciliations:
Conduct reconciliations with suppliers to ensure account accuracy. - Ad Hoc Duties:
Perform any additional tasks as required.
