SAP SuccessFactors German Payroll and Time Management Sr. Consultant (German Speaker)

Location: Germany/Nuremberg/Remote (Very occasional onsite if need be)

• SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience with German Payroll and Time Management.
• Incident Management on ASPEN ServiceNow - Time Management and Payroll related issues, posting to finance and Payment file generation
• Changes/corrections in Payroll driver & Time evaluation driver (Tcode) PT60 as per organization's changing requirements (knowledge of payroll Schemas, PCRs)
• Change Requests - Configuration settings in transaction SPRO - Personnel Areas, Subareas, Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Wage types, German country specific Infotypes as and when the situation demands.
• Application of SAP notes for country Germany and rollouts of legal changes for Germany
• Also includes supporting of interfaces like Eric/Elster and other B2A manager interfaces
• Participation in HRSPs/CLCs for country Germany - Bi-annual releases - Testing, manual configurations, testing, coordination for UAT with business users
• Key user training on Time and Payroll in German (absolutely a must) and English languages
• Apart from Functional scope, some knowledge on ABAP programs is preferred
