Broad expertise in energy industry processes
Very good knowledge of sales processes for energy supply (electricity/gas)
Practical knowledge of SAP IS-U/UC4G

Development of the One Billing platform with a focus on the switching processes/products and contracts/dunning and receivables management

Collaboration as Solution Analyst in the Squad Master Data and Change Processes/Solution Analyst in Products and Contracts Squad/customizing consultant in the Finance and FoMa squad.

Advise and support the product owner with regard to feasibility, cost- effectiveness, necessity and value of user stories and their impact on reducing complexity
