IT Support Technician FTC

A great opportunity for a 1st-2nd Line Support Technician to join a tech-focused organisation, ensuring the IT services are secure and highly available. Working in the heart of the city!

Initially 6 month-FTC

Role:

• Provide 1st-2nd Line Support
• Be the first point of contact for all tech related issues
• Resolve IT issues and requests
• Escalate where necessary
• Provide a professional and personable service to end users
• Deskside and remote support

To succeed in this role:

• Minimum 2 years working in an IT Support Technician role
• Demonstrable experience resolving technical queries
• Methodical approach to problem solving
• Strong communication skills
• A passion for technology
