IT Support Specialist Junior vacancy for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
Your tasks:
- Participate in the onboarding and rollout of Microsoft Teams Rooms technology at scale across Switzerland
- Replace traditional user workplaces with new curved monitors, ensuring smooth transitions and user satisfaction.
- Provide support to enhance how user workplaces are managed and maintained.
- Share your experience and insights with other international locations eager to implement Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Ensure meeting rooms and user workplaces function seamlessly by resolving issues and improving the overall IT experience
Your experience/knowledge:
- 1 year of experience as an IT Support or in a similar role
- Affinity and passion for IT related topics
- Finished education or training in IT Support
- Language skills: German, English both fluent written and spoken
Your soft skills:
- Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
- A high degree of self-organisation and time management
- Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
