In this pivotal role, you will help maintain and optimize the company s technological infrastructure, supporting groundbreaking work in membrane protein science.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company s ICT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and cybersecurity.
• Provide on-site support for computers, peripherals, laboratory instruments, and network systems.
• Train and onboard new employees on IT best practices and cybersecurity protocols.
• Plan and manage the IT budget and oversee IT procurement to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Information Technologist or B.Sc. in Informatics, System Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT user support.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, MCSA, or comparable.
• Fluency in English (B2+) required; German is a plus.

Day-to-Day:

As the primary IT Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the company s ICT infrastructure.
