We are currently seeking an IT Support Engineer to work for our client that is in the humanitarian sector. Our client has been supporting refugees in various countries, from accommodation to integration. They ensure that all the people entrusted to them in refugee accommodation have a safe place to sleep, space to work and access to food and medical care.

Responsibility:

- 1st + 2nd level support Windows 10, Office, Active Directory,

- Set up and manage nationwide locations

- Needs analysis, setting up workstations, documentation of relevant location information

- 1st + 2nd level support telephony (VoIP & mobile telephony)

- Management of ORS printer solutions, printer setup and configuration

- Development and presentation of process optimization proposals

Experience:

- German Fluent

- Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable professional experience

- Experience in Microsoft infrastructure

- Good communication and consulting skills

- Structured approach to problem analysis

- Ability to plan and organize your own support requests
