IT Support Engineer

IT Trackside Support Engineer up to £38,000 On Site 5 days a week Brixworth

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career working with a leading Formula 1 team.

This is a perfect opportunity for a Formula 1 enthusiast who is an experienced IT Support Engineer. You will provide exceptional trackside support and have excellent customer service skills with experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

You will receive all relevant training to be able to provide a high level of support.

Experience must haves

• ITIL Foundation
• Customer focused
• Windows 10 / 11 Operating systems / mobile operating systems
• Microsoft Office365
• Active Directory / Group Policy management
• Good knowledge of networking including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN
• Knowledge of storage systems, performance, availability monitoring toolset
• Experience of working against deadlines and SLA's
• Must be flexible and able to provide out of hours support on a rota basis

Skills and desirables

• Microsoft Certifications
• Cisco Certified Network Associate
• Interest in Formula 1/ Motorsport
