IT Support Engineer - 2nd Line - London - £35k - Leading IT MSP

IT Support Engineer with recent and relevant 2nd Line IT Support experience required for my leading/award winning IT MSP based in Central London.

This is an office based role - working from my clients London office 5 days per week.

The salary on offer is £35k basic for the right candidate and this a permanent full time opportunity with excellent career progression on offer.

My client provides IT support services to a range of businesses across London. Join a growing Service Desk team in a fast-paced friendly environment. My client are looking for a charismatic individual to join the team who will provide an elevated level of IT knowledge to the team. This will involve handling more difficult tickets, liaising with clients and vendors, keeping ticket queues up to date and manageable.

Key skills required:

1- Providing 2nd line IT support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems efficiently.

2- Working with the Service Desk team, ensuring that all support requests are handled efficiently and effectively.

3- Experience in a similar IT support role. 2nd Line Support experience would be advantageous.

4- Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting, including Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 11.

5- Experience with IT security, including Firewalls, antivirus software, and data protection.

6- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
