IT Support Analyst

A contract IT Support Analyst is required for a 3 months assignment near Glasgow City Centre.

Client Details

Our client is a leading player in their industry with several branches spread across the UK. They are renowned for utilising the latest technological advancements to deliver high-quality solutions to their customers.

They're looking for a contract IT Support Analyst to start ASAP. 5 days a week on-site and paying around £200 per day (inside IR35/PAYE).

Description

• Experience of providing 2nd level IT support in a fast paced working environment
• Excellent knowledge of MS O365
• Experience of supporting MS Azure, Active Directory etc.
• Hardware build and deployment (Laptops, PC's etc.)
• Have ownership of any escalated issues till successful resolution
• precious experience working in an ITIL environment

Profile

A successful IT Support Analyst should have:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficient in various IT systems and networks.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Transport & Distribution industry.

Job Offer

• A day rate of around £200 per day (PAYE)
• Preferred start date is Monday 27th January
• Due to the location of the client offices access to a car is essential (free on-site parking)
