IT Service Transition Manager

Your new company is a highly regarded global manufacturing company whom are undertaking a number of change projects across their IT function at present and require an IT Service Transition Manager to help the organisation over the coming months.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the transition of new services into the IT Operation ensuring the transition strategy aligns with the company goals. You will create clear road maps for managing the transition and work with the team to effectively embed ITIL practices.

In order to be considered for this role you must have at least 5 years experience in IT Service Management including up to date, practical application of ITIL frameworks. You will have proven experience in service transition and ideally will possess an ITIL 4 managing professional certification.
