IT Service Continuity Manager - Farnborough & Onsite - DV Clearance Required
We are seeking a DV-Cleared IT Service Continuity Manager to join our team, supporting critical UK Government programs.

Role Overview
As an IT Service Continuity Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring robust Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery (SCDR) documentation and planning. You will collaborate across teams to create and implement user-centric SC and DR response plans that align with business needs and compliance standards (ISO 22301, ITIL, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ITSCM, SCDR, and BCDR documentation aligned to ISO22301 standards.
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Service Impact Analysis (SIA), managing associated risks and threats.
- Oversee testing and governance for service continuity plans.
- Work with Solution Architects and Programme Managers to integrate resilient solutions.
- Provide SME support for bids, proposals, and service transitions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Expertise in Business Continuity Standards (ISO 22301) and ITIL frameworks.
- Strong background in Service Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Risk Management.
- Experience with large-scale IT services, government contracts, and outsourcing.
- Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
