IT Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our global client's team within the Information Management & Technology (IM&T) function. In this critical role, you will lead high-performing teams to deliver successful project outcomes, leveraging your expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute projects aligned with IM&T objectives, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, guiding and influencing decision-making to align with project objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage project changes, and ensure alignment with organizational strategies and priorities.
• Provide clear and consistent reporting on project progress, including risks, milestones, and deliverables, to key stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement within the project delivery process, contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation.

Essential Skills and Experience

• 5 years experience in a similar role
• Proven ability to achieve objectives aligned with project management IM&T skill sets.
• A recognized Project Management qualification (eg, APM) or equivalent experience within an IT function.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively guide and influence at all levels of the organization.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing projects in a [specific industry, eg, defense, healthcare, technology] environment.
• Proficiency in using project management tools (eg, MS Project, Jira, Trello).
