IT Project Manager - Software DevelopmentA fantastic opportunity for a IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing Software Development projects to join an award winning and highly respected Ipswich based company on a permanent basis.In this role you will be responsible for project managing and the successful delivery of IT development related projects across the group, while managing a small team of Software Developers, sharing your technical expertise and knowledge.You will benefit from a generous salary and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis - 2 days based in their Ipswich office.Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the successful and timely delivery of future projects relating to all internal systems
• Line Manage the Development Team, supervising, guiding & advising to ensure their professional and personal development, and creating a cohesive team focus
• Oversee the design, implementation, testing and documentation of new systems, within a .Net technical environment

Key Skills required:

• Previous experience managing IT related projects, specifically within Software Development
• Previous experience managing a small team
• A technical background within .Net technologies; C#, .Net, ASP.Net
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
