IT Process Technician (m/f/d) These are your tasks:

You will take care of IT matters in production, focusing on the support, planning and optimization of the process control system.

• System and user support for the process control system (PCS)
• Support for the IT infrastructure in production, including client systems and network
• Identifying and solving problems in the production processes
• Implementation of new technologies in existing processes
• Close cooperation with external service providers and suppliers
• Participation in meetings and working groups to coordinate and optimize processes
• Documentation and creation of process sequences and test results

These are the requirements:

• The advertised position requires sound knowledge in the IT field, which can be acquired through completed vocational training or relevant professional experience. Alternatively, a degree in computer science or related subjects is also an advantage
• Professional experience in the support of process control systems in production environments
• Experience with the administration of IT infrastructures and support of client systems
• Analytical skills to identify and solve problems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Structured and meticulous way of working
