IT Process and RPA Designer (m/f/d)

for the department 10.60 - Information and Technology Services. - This is a permanent full-time position. Severely disabled persons with equal aptitude will be given preference. - Remuneration will be based on suitability and qualifications in accordance with the provisions of the TVöD. Tasks

• Process design in the context of digital transformation
• Collaboration and implementation of IT projects as part of the digital transformation
• Supporting the service desk in digitalization issues
• Maintenance of interfaces and automation of data transfers
• Implementing and operating the future low-code, no-code and RPA platforms
• Developing and designing RPA applications
• Securing information through professional and technical documentation

We expect

• IT specialist in the field of application development (m/f/d), system administrator, IT management assistant
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Basic knowledge in the field of programming
• Basic knowledge in the field of project management
• Basic knowledge of documenting processes according to bpmn 2.0
• Knowledge in the field of digitization technologies
• Participation in further training to become a CIVENTO Designer
• Administrative skills are an advantage
• Structured work, organizational and planning skills
• Open-mindedness towards new topics
• A high degree of conceptual and systematic approach
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and service-oriented
• Class B driving license and willingness to use a private car for business purposes
