GEEN ZZP-ERS IVM DUUR VAN HET PROJECT

The client is seeking an experienced Interim IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale, multi-country project focused on implementing a new Group consolidation and reporting system, alongside a potential European forecasting and planning solution. It will be your task to implement sets of business requirements to be solved by the same Finance management software platform for different European opco's.

This IT Project Manager position is part of the Finance platform team within the Global Support Office organization which offers IT services in all countries and brands. It is anticipated that this will be a multi-year, multi-country, multi-million-euro project with a complex governance and stakeholder group and thus establishing and maintaining this governance early is one of the first tasks. The Project Manager should have extensive experience with the technology stacks, particularly the legacy platform and future software, i.e., Hyperion, SAP BPC, or OneStream.

Your challenges:

-You will have the scope to implement an enterprise Finance management platform for different European opco's.

-Carrying out a roadmap and consolidating various applications and tools used in the opco's.

-Gathering requirements to define which applications and tooling are already used and analyze if these applications are the best suitable for the organization. -What is nice to have and what is needed for the Opco and the organization.

-To define which applications, and tooling should be used for the best costs that benefit the opco's. The opco's are using different applications and tooling's.

-Strong stakeholder management since the Opco's could have a different vision about which applications should be used.
