IT Business Analyst
Location: Warsaw - (1 day onsite p/w - 4 Days Remote)
Up to $6,750 per month

My client a leading health care organisation is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their Digital Health R&D team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and driving critical data projects. Collaborate with world-class stakeholders to identify and deliver innovative technology solutions that power life-changing medical breakthroughs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead business needs identification, driving strategic improvements.
Plan and oversee analysis activities, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Build robust relationships with stakeholders to influence change effectively.
Manage requirements analysis and design, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Develop compelling business cases for investment and evaluate solution proposals.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience delivering data projects within pharma R&D, clinical trials, or similar.
Experience with GxP compliance, particularly Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in clinical trial design and execution.
Expertise in business analysis techniques for driving change.
Proficiency with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Familiarity with regulated environments (GxP) and complex systems.
