IT Business Analyst - 3+ Months - Start: ASAP - Hybrid: Niort

For our customers are we looking for an IT Business Analyst.

Your main task is to understand and map business processes to identify inefficiencies or gaps where IT solutions can be applied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
• Business Process Analysis: Understand and map business processes to identify inefficiencies or gaps where IT solutions can be applied.
• Solution Design: Work closely with IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
• System Implementation: Support the development, testing, and implementation of IT systems or changes to existing systems.
• Documentation: Create clear and detailed functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and other related documentation.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a point of contact between the IT team and business users, ensuring effective communication and managing expectations.
• Testing & Validation: Develop test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in business process modelling, requirements analysis, and system implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus.

Project details:

- Start: ASAP

- Duration: 3 months (possible extension)

- Workload: 5 days/week

- Location: Niort, France

- On-site: 2 days on-site (Monday and Tuesday)

- Language: French.
