Intune and M365 Subject Matter Expert

We are currently on the lookout for an Intune Subject Matter expert within Microsoft 365 to join a 12 month contract with extension possibilities on behalf of our international client located in Germany.

This role is 100% remote, however, if you are looking to go into the office, the client has bases in Munich, Berlin and Frankfurt.

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Offer L3 support to clients for Intune and Exchange-related issues.
• Ensure Intune policies and devices are maintained and aligned with evolving technologies.
• Administer and manage both on-premises and cloud-based Exchange environments.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver suitable solutions.
• Create and update documentation for configuration processes and procedures.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to both end-users and IT teams.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Exchange and Intune.
