Intervention Leader Barking & Dagenham Start Date: ASAP Are you an ambitious Psychology graduate ready to take on a rewarding Intervention Leader role? This full-time position in Barking & Dagenham offers an excellent opportunity to lead interventions for children with special educational needs (SEN) within a supportive and friendly school community.

Intervention Leader Full-time, term-time only
• Receive guidance from a supportive SEN Lead
• Gain valuable class-based experience in a welcoming school environment
• Located just a short walk from a District Line station for easy access to Barking & Dagenham
• Salary of £90-£100 per day
• Lead 1:1 and small group interventions for students with a variety of SEN needs
• Work alongside professionals, supporting the development and implementation of EHCPs
• Play a key role in supporting students both inside and outside the classroom

To excel as an Intervention Leader, you will need a 2:1 or higher in Psychology from a leading UK university and previous experience working with SEN children. Strong behaviour management skills are essential, as you ll be leading structured interventions to help students reach their full potential. As an Intervention Leader, you ll provide targeted support and help shape the educational journey of SEN students.

You ll have the chance to work closely with students on a 1:1 and small group basis, offering tailored interventions to support their academic and emotional development.
