Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing individual package requirements, including fixed-price elements and contingency allowances, for review at the tender stage

• Logging tender documents, addendums, and client communications on the server, ensuring relevant team members have access

• Creating subcontractor enquiry schedules, collaborating with the tender team and procurement department to select preferred contractors

• Issuing material enquiries and evaluating competitive pricing options

Requirements:

• A professional qualification such as MCIOB/RICS, a relevant third-level degree, or equivalent experience

• Strong analytical and numerical skills to assess specifications, costs, and associated risks
