Job Description

Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in Brussels)
Weekly hours: 32-40
Duration: 6 months, with the option to extend

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team on a temporary basis! Are you the expert who can help us leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to optimize customer engagement and drive marketing effectiveness? Experience with Service Cloud is a plus but not required. In this role, you'll collaborate with our marketing and service teams to elevate our customer experience with tailored, data-driven solutions.

Fluent Dutch language skills are essential for this role.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize automated marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including customer journeys, email automations, and data-driven engagement.

  • Analyze customer data and behavior to craft personalized, data-driven marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with the service team to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Service Cloud processes, leveraging CRM data to enhance cross-functional efforts.

  • Provide technical expertise and strategic insights on Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to maximize marketing outcomes.

  • Deliver hands-on support for setting up, testing, and refining customer-centric campaigns, journeys, and automations.

  • Option to work remotely, with a minimum of one workday per week required on-site in Brussels.

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in Dutch (essential).

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant.

  • Proven expertise in designing and optimizing customer journeys, automations, and engagement strategies within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Knowledge of and experience with Service Cloud is a strong plus.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data insights into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Detail-oriented and capable of balancing high-level strategy with hands-on implementation.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and departments.
