About the Role:Hays Senior Finance are seeking a Interim Management Accountant to join a reputable NHS organisation in the Newton Abbot area, South Devon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who has previously worked within the NHS or is keen to contribute to this vital sector on a temporary basis. This temporary role will be for a minimum of 3 months on a timesheet basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage financial reports and statements

Conduct budget planning and forecasting

Monitor and control expenditure against budgets

Provide financial advice and support to various departments

Ensure compliance with NHS financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Management Accountant, preferably within the NHS

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in financial software and MS Office

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
